NordStar Airlines is a Russian airline being a member of the MMC Norilsk Nickel PJSC group of companies.

NordStar is among the 15 largest Russian air carriers. Since 2017, after passing an international audit for compliance with operational safety standards, it has been included in the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) register of operators. Since 2019, it has been a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the largest and most influential global association of air carriers.

NordStar’s fleet consists of medium-haul aircraft such as Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737-300. The airline’s flight geography includes more than 35 regular destinations from Russian and foreign cities. The base airports are Domodedovo (Moscow) and Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk). In 2021, following the signing of an Agreement with the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on Passenger Air Carriage on Flights Departing from or Arriving to Norilsk Airport (Alykel), NordStar Airlines became the base carrier of Norilsk Airport. It has the widest network of routes from Norilsk, offering passengers more than 15 year-round flight destinations.

In 2021, NordStar Airlines won the Wings of Russia National Aviation Award in the Airline of the Year — 2nd Group nomination based on its performance in 2020. In 2019 and 2020, NordStar Airlines was recognized as the best air carrier in the field of transport security following the results of the Transport Security of Russia national award.
