6.1. General Provisions.

6.1.1. Electronic passenger ticket and baggage check (hereinafter, the electronic ticket) means a document confirming a passenger and baggage carriage agreement in which the information about passenger and baggage air carriage is presented in an electronic digital format and has the following structure and contents:

  1. electronic ticket structure:
    1. electronic flight coupon (1 to 4 electronic flight coupons depending on a number of flights);
    2. electronic audit coupon;
    3. electronic agent coupon;
    4. itinerary receipt (statement from the automated information system for air transportation registration).

    Electronic flight coupon and itinerary receipt are required.

  2. Electronic ticket details:
  3. itinerary receipt (statement from the automated information system for air transportation registration), electronic flight, electronic audit, electronic agent coupons contain the following details of passenger and baggage carriage:

    1. information about the passenger (for domestic flights: surname, name, patronymic, title, series and number of the identity document; for international flights: surname and other information required by international standards);
    2. name and (or) code of the carrier;
    3. flight number;
    4. flight departure date;
    5. flight departure time;
    6. names and (or) codes of airports/departure and destination points of each flight;
    7. fare;
    8. equivalent fare (if applicable);
    9. final carriage cost;
    10. method of payment;
    11. charges (as applicable);
    12. name and (or) code of booking class;
    13. code of booking status;
    14. ticketing date;
    15. name of the agency/carrier that issued the ticket;
    16. toll-free baggage allowance (optionally);
    17. unique number of the ticket.

6.1.2. A ticket is issued on the basis of the data of a document identifying passenger’s personality that is necessary according to legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaty of the Russian Federation for a passenger transportation along a route pursuant to a passenger air transportation agreement:

  1. Passport of a Citizen of the RF (Russian Federation).
  2. Seafarer Passport (Seafarer's Identity Document).
  3. Regular Foreign Passport of a Citizen of the RF.
  4. Alien's Passport.
  5. Temporary Residence Permit.
  6. Certificate of Birth.
  7. Military Serviceman’s Identity Document.
  8. Stateless Person’s Identity Document.
  9. Laissez-Passer to the Country of the Passenger’s Residence.
  10. Temporary Identity Document issued by the Agencies of the Interior.
  11. Military Service Record Card.
  12. Refugee's Travel Document.
  13. Stateless Person’s Residence Permit.
  14. Certificate of Release from Places of Detention.
  15. Passport of a Citizen of the USSR.
  16. Diplomatic Passport.
  17. Business Passport (excluding Seafarer and Business Passports).
  18. Certificate Issued to a Convicted Person Obtained Permit for Long- or Short-Term Departure Outside the Places of Detention.

Note:

In case of selling privileged transportation or special-rate transportation, a ticket is issued on the basis of data of a document stipulated in Clause 6.1.2. (a) and documents that confirm a passenger’s right for privilege or special rate application.

In case of cashless payment or payment respite, a ticket is issued on the basis of data in the document stipulated in the first paragraph of this clause and documents confirm (guarantee) payment for transportation.

6.1.3. A ticket gives the right for a passenger and his/her baggage transportation from the departure point to the destination point according to the route and service class stipulated in it.

6.1.4. A passenger itinerary receipt is issued to a passenger only after payment of transportation cost pursuant to a rate determined by the Carrier or in case of cashless payment for transportation - after submitting all relevant documents necessary for a traffic document issue.

6.1.5. A passenger may receive an itinerary receipt directly at the carrier or an authorized agent’s transportation service sales point or choose a way of delivery agreed by the carrier or an authorized agent to receive electronic ticket itinerary receipt in electronic form through data telecommunications network.

6.1.6. Changes in the Passenger ticket at the request of the Passenger shall be allowed with the consent of the Carrier and are only made by the Carrier or its Authorized Agent, in accordance with the conditions of the tarriff rates applied.

6.1.7. The Passenger shall be allowed for transportation in case he has a properly issued ticket.

6.1.8. The Passenger can be issued returning sums for partially or completely unperformed transportation within a year from the transportation start, if it is started, or from a ticket issue, if the transportation is not started and unless otherwise stipulated by the Regulations for Rates Application.

6.2. Lost, Damaged or Invalid Ticket.

6.2.1. A ticket that the Carrier deems invalid through the Carrier’s fault is subject to replacement by another ticket, if necessary. A ticket that the Carrier deems invalid for other reasons is not subject to replacement and should be withdrawn. In the mentioned cases the Carrier or its authorized agent is obliged to draw up a certificate specifying reasons for which the ticket has been deemed invalid.

6.2.2. If a passenger declared a ticket lost or if it is incorrectly issued or damage, the Carrier immediately takes all measures within its control to find out the fact of air transportation agreement conclusion;

6.2.3. If it is revealed that an air transportation agreement has not been concluded, a ticket is deemed invalid, and a passenger is not allowed for transportation. A ticket deemed invalid is cancelled by the carrier with filing a certificate that specifies reasons for the ticket deemed invalid.

6.2.4. If it is determined that the Air Transportation Agreement has actually been concluded, the Carrier accepts the Passenger for transportation in accordance with the Agreement terms and with the relevant ticket issue.

6.3. Ticket Assignment.

6.3.1. Use of a ticket by a person who is not stipulated in it is prohibited. In case a ticket is submitted by a person who is not stipulated in it, the ticket is withdrawn by the carrier and its cost is not paid back to a person who submitted it. In this case the carrier files a certificate with specification of l reasons for the ticket withdrawal.

6.3.2. In case of using a passenger ticket or receiving a refund of the carriage cost by a person not specified in the transportation document, the Carrier shall not be held liable to the passenger entitled to this transportation under this transportation document.

6.4. Validity and Validity Term of Ticket.

6.4.1. A ticket paid according to a rate that does not limit terms of sales and use (hereinafter “Normal Rate”) certifies the carrier’s obligation to transport a passenger and his/her baggage during one year from the date of transportation start and from the date of a ticket issue if transportation is not started.

6.4.2. A ticket paid for under a special rate certifies the carrier’s obligation to transport a passenger and his/her baggage within terms settled by agreement.

6.4.3. Each ticket flight coupon is valid for passenger transportation between points stipulated in it according to a relevant service class. If a passenger ticket is issued with an open return departure date, reservation of a passenger seat aboard an aircraft for a declared flight date is made if free seats are available in this reservation class within a passenger ticket validity period.

6.4.4. The Carrier may prolong a passenger ticket validity term without charging a fee, if:

  1. the Carrier cancelled performance of a flight stipulated in a passenger’s traffic document;
  2. the Carrier has not perform passenger transportation according to the time stipulated in a traffic document under schedule (flight plan);
  3. the Carrier has not performed an aircraft landing at the destination airport stipulated in a passenger’s traffic document;
  4. the Carrier has issued a passenger’s ticket incorrectly.

6.4.5. If the Passenger is unable to finish the flight started during the ticket validity period due to his own illness or illness of any family member, the validity of such ticket shall be extended for the term of the medical documents provided by the Passenger. In case there are one or more stop-overs in the remaining coupons, the validity period of the ticket shall in accordance herewith be extended for a period not exceeding three months from the date of issue specified in the medical certificate.

6.4.6. In case of the Passenger’s death on the route, the tickets of the persons accompanying the Passenger may be changed by means of restrictions refusal on the minimum terms of stay or extending the expiration date. In case of death of the immediate family member of the Passenger, who began the journey, the Passenger’s ticket, as well as the tickets of the immediate family members, accompanying him, can be changed in a similar manner. Any such changes shall be made against presentation of a duly completed death certificate and any extension of the validity period should be for a period not exceeding forty-five days from the date of death.
