Service refund

The “Prepaid Baggage” service is subject to refund in full if it has not been provided to the passenger:

  • In case of voluntary refusal of the passenger from service.
  • In case of voluntary refusal of the passenger from transportation.
  • In case of involuntary refusal of the passenger from transportation.
  • In case of flight cancellation and impossibility to provide the service.
  • In case of the carrier’s unilateral termination of the air carriage agreement.

When a passenger applies for money refund for Prepaid Baggage service, the passenger must fill in the return application.
